Science of Self: Assessment Information
After receiving your Science of Self Accreditation, you will gain access to a total of 6 assessment tools: 3 single-science assessments (DISC, Motivators, and EQ), 2 double-science assessments (Talent Insights and Behavioural Intelligence), and 1 triple-science assessment (TriMetrix EQ).
Report Types
Many of the TTI Success Insights reports are available in multiple types, versions, or formats:
- Individual - Management-Staff: Designed for coaching and training situations, with report wording that applies to both managers and general staff. (Our most popular report)
- Individual - Sales: Designed for coaching and training situations, which incorporates words such as "prospecting," "closing" and other language appropriate to sales roles.
- Individual - Executive: Designed for coaching and training situations, with report wording that applies to senior leaders and executives who manage large teams.
- Team: Combines multiple individual reports to highlight group similarities and differences.
- Job: Used to rate the traits of an ideal candidate to create a "benchmark" for a specific job.
- Job Multi-Respondent: Combines several job reports to create an average "benchmark."
- Job Comparison: Compares up to 5 respondents to a benchmark.
- Selection: A shortened version of the individual report with emphasis on scores rather than coaching feedback, typically used in recruitment.
