The outline below provides a template set of activities to facilitate the Remote Team Management Bootcamp workshop. Use this as a base to customise and build a relevant workshop for your specific audience and needs.
 
The objective of this workshop is to provide participants with effective strategies and tools for managing remote teams, focusing on communication, collaboration, and productivity in a virtual environment.
